Honda Deals In Quality
Since its founding in 1948, Honda has revolutionized not only the automotive world, but also the realms of motorcycling, robotics, and even lawn care. When once nothing compared to being made in the USA, now people equate quality with Honda. To think a company so reviled in the United States as recently as twenty years ago would come to dominate the automotive world would have been unimaginable.
Their resale value and consumer satisfaction ratings are only challenged by Toyota. To say the Japanese have become the standards of quality in the automotive world would be a profound understatement. Honda cars are built to last, pure and simple. Whether it is the ever-popular Civic or Accord, Honda never fails to give the public — the American public — what it craves.
The new luxury car is Japanese. The popularity of such SUV-styled cars as the Element and the CR-X are testament to the unrelenting need on the part of American drivers to have big, luxurious cars, even if they are not technically cars. The days of the Cadillac or Lincoln epitomizing luxury and quality have long since faded. For Honda, that meant splitting its car line and creating the Acura moniker.
The ploy of marketing a luxury line to Americans worked so brilliantly, that all the major Japanese manufacturers have alter egos. Toyota created the wildly popular Lexus brand, while Nissan created the Infiniti brand. Though it is fair to characterize these new brands as gimmicks, it should be noted that these lines do feature superior components and materials. Market anything with a tagline of “luxury” and most affluent American will come calling.
While the traditional means of purchasing a car is still ubiquitous, more and more consumers (tired of the perennially pushy car salesman) are opting to buy cars online. Honda cars are a solid investment, regardless of the model. They retain their value and enjoy some of he best resale values. The Blue Book never lies. Whether buying new or used, new Honda deals abound. [I:http://www.uniquearticlewizard.com/extras/pics/ionicmediathumb31.jpg]
